Hi everyone,

i just got my new Blackshark V2 X headset and i tried to register it but when i entered the SN it showed me an error that the device is already registered. the headset is brand new out of the box

I suggest that you contact the reseller to request for a replacement. Make sure to buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to be sure you’re getting a genuine device. Products bought from non-authorized dealers can be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
