Blackshark v2 x SOLO PROBLEMAS!

Question

Alguien sabe como solucionar todos los problemas que genera?	Lo bajos se oyen muy fuertes lo cual es poco nitido el resto de sonidos	El controlador/driver no funciona, al seleccionarlo en windows 11, el sonido parpadea, practicamente no se oye nada.	ni siquiera aparece la opcion para seleccionar surround 7.1 en la aplicacion….	En lo personal no los recomiendo, son una basura de auriculares. Mil y un problemas y no es cosa de mi pc porque tengo lo último de lo último.
