recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X and I'm trying to register the product and activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

However, whenever I enter the serial number, I receive the following message:

"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."

I am the current owner of the headset and would like assistance with registering the product and obtaining access to the 7.1 Surround Sound activation.

i bought it 3 days ago.l
