BlackShark V2 X USB problem with valorant

Hello, I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X USB, and I'm having an issue with the sound in Valorant. I can't accurately tell where footsteps are coming from. I need help understanding why my headset isn't being detected by Razer Synapse 4, and if there's another program I can use to fix this.

I’ve responded to PM. Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X model is not supported in Razer Synapse, which is why it isn't being detected. Here are a few steps you can take to improve your gaming audio experience:
1. Ensure that your headset is set as the default playback device in your system's audio settings.
2. Use Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software: Download and install the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software, which is compatible with your headset and enhances positional audio. You can visit the support article: How to activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound for reference.
3. Adjust the audio settings within Valorant to ensure they are optimized for headset use.
