BlackShark V2 X USB Sidetone/echo issue

Hi guys,

I received a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB gaming headset for my birthday today to use on my ps5 (original). When its plugged in i can hear my own voice through the ear pads, I'm wondering how to change that. I've never experienced this issue with other headsets on my ps5 regardless of whether they are USB, wireless or standard 3.5mm jack wired.

This issue occurs from the moment the ps5 boots up and persists through games and parties with friends.

Any advice would appreciated, sorry if I've not given enough information, im happy to provide any more if needed

Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your BlackShark V2 X USB’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
