Blackshark V2X microphone very quiet when used with USB sound card

Hey, I recently bought the Blackshark V2 X and it works perfectly fine when I plug it in directly to the PC. But because I need to hear myself, I use an external USB sound card. I didn't have any problems with my old Razer Headset (Kraken Pro V2) but with the Blackshark the mic is waaaay too quiet. I tried everything from the support page except updating the firmware because I don't have the cable or USB device. Can anyone help?

Have you already tried the steps on here? If that is the case, PM me the serial number of your headset along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. That way, I can verify the model of your device and take a closer look at your system. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
