Recently, I have purchased Razer Blackshark v2 x white edition and have few of problems regarding the headsets that are mentioned below: -Headsets are not getting detected in Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software I mostly play Valorant and CS:GO so whenever I play these games I couldn’t hear enemy footsteps properly. Struggling with this issue since a week now. Please help FYI: I am on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 64-Bit.

I changed my windows to windows 10 and it started working.

These headsets are not compatible with windows 11.

I just bought those headset adn a new computer coming with Windows 11 and couldn’t make them work and while doing research only I found this forum

Not that I’m aware of. I returned mine to the store for a refund a few weeks back :(
