i recently received the blackshark v2x model I bought from the n11 internet store, but when I put the headset on, I noticed that the sound was very, very low, then I tried to register my product from the 7.1 surround sound application, they said gi, I tried to register my product from razer id, they said this product is already registered, please help, I can't use the headset

Upon checking, N11 isn't yet listed as Razer's Authorized resellers. Please note that the product registration is mainly for warranty purposes. However, you can still use 7.1 Surround Sound that's in the scratch card included in the packaging. If the scratch is missing or the activation code is already used, it would be best to contact the reseller for a refund. Thanks for understanding.
