I have gotten my Blackshark since Sept and tried to fix the mix issue with the support team ever since then but till now they are unable to fix the issue.



My Blackshark mic is detected but it is hardly able to pick up any sound and you have to literally shout into the mix while holding your hands over the mouth and mic together but even than the sound will be distorted sound.



Have tried to reinstall all the related software from Razer to Realtek HD Audio but did not solve the issue.

It happens both via 3.5mm and via wireless.



It is certainly some kind of software/firmware compatibility/conflict issue as I am able to use other headset/mic with my desktop without the same issue and also I am able to use the blackshark headset on other devices without this issue.



Anyone having the same issue and manage to get a fix?
