Using Blackshark V3, when playing CPU/GPU demanding games like battlefield 2042 or Pragmata, thought games launch normally on main screen, after some time in-game or a random loading (ex. In-game death screen), I will suddenly either loose all sound on them or get a fail of all usb peripheral and ports except built in keyboard and touchpad, all these being followed by total system crash and automatic restart. This is happening nearly every time and only when the headset is connected. With games such as Minecraft or if im playing with a different headset (blackshark V2 X) everything works normally.
From the day I got the Blackshark V3 I kept facing problems, such as synapse 4 macro module interfering with my aula f75 wireless keyboard input. Ended up deleting macro module, disabling synapse 4 from startup apps (as it uses too much ram) and disabling all razer background services.
