My black shark v3 pro’s Dongle randomly stopped lighting up and connecting, I’ve tried uninstalling synapse, updating the software, and other things and nothings worked. Also the re-pair utility app doesn’t acknowledge the headsets plugged into my pc even though it recognizes the dongle. Is there anyway to get a replacement headset or something else?
