blackshark v3 dongle no longer lights up and doesnt connect to the headset

My black shark v3 pro’s Dongle randomly stopped lighting up and connecting, I’ve tried uninstalling synapse, updating the software, and other things and nothings worked. Also the re-pair utility app doesn’t acknowledge the headsets plugged into my pc even though it recognizes the dongle. Is there anyway to get a replacement headset or something else?

I understand that the dongle suddenly stopped lighting up and won’t connect. I appreciate the time you’ve spent trying different steps to fix it. No worries, I'm here to help. Before we proceed, I’d like to ask a few questions so we can better isolate the issue:

  • Was the headset and dongle working fine before this? If yes, when did the issue first start happening?
  • Have you tested the dongle and headset on a different USB port and/or on a different PC or laptop? If so, does the dongle still fail to light up or connect there as well?
