Blackshark V3 dongle not recognized by windows

My blackshark v3 dongle broken, i can use the headset wired but when i plug it in the dongle windows won’t recognize it and show code 43. I can’t get it to update firmware or pairing utility either since the dongle just stop working altogether. 
Does anyone have a fix or do i have to go to customer support where i bought it. Thanks in advance!
