Blackshark V3 dongle not recognized by windows

My blackshark v3 dongle broken, i can use the headset wired but when i plug it in the dongle windows won’t recognize it and show code 43. I can’t get it to update firmware or pairing utility either since the dongle just stop working altogether. 
Does anyone have a fix or do i have to go to customer support where i bought it. Thanks in advance!

      Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
