My BlackShark v3 dongle stopped working it only works while plugged in and there is no light on the dongle, even when plugged in it’ll disconnect randomly and I have to unplug and replug, every time I unplug it it says “power off” .I only had this headset for a couple months , the problems happened one day ago so I don’t thinks it’s an update problem. My ps5 detects the headset when plugged into the dongle but the headset doesn’t turn on

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you download the Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
