Blackshark V3 Game/Chat Mix Not Working

My standard V3 just arrived and I can't seem to get the game/chat mix to work on PC. In my Windows Sound Playback tab I have the Default Communications Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat) and the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Game). In the Recording tab I have the Default Device set to Blackshark V3 (Chat). However, when I open Discord settings, set both the Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Chat) (as recommended in Synapse for game/chat mix to function correctly) and then start a Discord call, all system and call audio goes silent. As soon as I exit the call system audio comes back. I've also ensured the game/chat dial is set to the middle and not all the way to one side. The only way to avoid this is to set my Discord Input and Output Device to Blackshark V3 (Game), but then the game/chat mix dial doesn't work and simply lowers both system and call volume. Any advice? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have the same issue: mixer lowers both game and chat even though in latest update windows, they are both define on their own headet channel (game for game and chat for discord/chat app). when I lower the mix, both fade and I get no sound anymore...

Razer support was of no help at all. I ended up trying all the USB ports on my motherboard and I eventually found one that works as intended. Very strange that would be the solution, but I recommend trying the wireless dongle in each and every port on your motherboard until you (hopefully) find one that works.

switching ports! of course… its because not all usb ports can transfer more than one line of audio, should’ve known… ive had the same problem and the wireless dongel connected to a usb hub
