Blackshark v3 not charging after fully dying

Hello!

My headset, when I couldn’t charge it, fell to 0% while I was using it. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but now it just won’t hold a charge. I’ve tried using different power cords, tried the software and firmware update by physically connecting it (Worked, but , and doing the “Trickle” charge method for 8-12 hrs. Nothing. It works when its plugged in, but has a Solid red light. 

When using Razer Synapse, the headset charge is fully 0%. I have the warrenty sticker still as a december 2025 purchase, and I was wondering how to start a replacement process for this headset and what I would have to do. 


I have seen someone with the same exact problem as me for the Blackshark v2 (urbanDesertlife116) and Razer Sushi replied to his saying it might be a hardware fault. Is it true?

It seems like we’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your BlackShark V3’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation. I’ll also check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
