blackshark v3 pro 5 dB Volume Difference Between Left and Right Ear Cup

Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer headset and I’ve noticed around a 5 dB volume difference between the left and right ear cups. I tested it on multiple devices and confirmed the imbalance is consistent.

Is this considered normal within manufacturing tolerance, or could this indicate a defect?

Please let me know if you need the serial number or any additional information.

Thank you.

Check your windows settings first: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/adjust-left-and-right-volume-balance-level-of-sound-output-device-in-windows-11.16156/ (if you don’t have balance in the Windows Settings - just go to 2nd step which is using old control panel).

Also I’d recommend connecting it to a different device for eg via Bluetooth to your phone and check if the same thing is happening. If yes - then I’d RMA it.
