blackshark v3 pro chat audio

When using the headset the “Chat” version does not play any audio at all. But I found that using the USB plug in that it does. But it does not work for wireless. Is there a way to fix this?

The “Chat” channel uses Windows' dedicated Communication Device profile. When it fails while the default USB playback works, it usually means your PC is missing the correct audio assignments in Windows or your specific chat app (like Discord).
