HI please need help and support i have the BLACKSHARK V3 PRO COUNTER STRIKE EDITION headphones brand new worked okay for one or 2 days than suddenly there is a slight buzz on the left side of the headsets and also the headphones stopped charging and connecting to my PC the only way to work is if i connect my audio jack on the pc and the usb c type on my headsets that does work and i get no buzz anymore . i looked online they said to update the firmware which i did and i did.. update my dongle but when i updated my headphones due to them being very low maybe 1 percent cause they wont charge more .. the update failed so it was impossible to update so thats my doubt there… please i need help or otherwise im gonna just return them ,
