Recently got a wireless Blackshark v3 Pro headset, but the sound quality has been just terrible. I tried to figure out what was wrong, and noticed that the OS for some reason identifies headset as Speakers.
I’ve already tried uninstalling/reinstalling all possible drivers, Synapse. Tried it multiple times, it didn’t work.
Would appreciate any help. Still have a few days to return it if this headset actually turns out to be not fixable, but would prefer to make it work.
P.S.
I had Blackshark v1 for many years, didn’t expect v3 to be such a huge step back (more like a huge leap, really).
