BlackShark V3 Pro dongle stopped working in leas than a month

I’ve had the PlayStation version of the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for less than a month, and the wireless dongle has suddenly stopped working. I’ve already reviewed the manual, followed the FAQs, and tried all troubleshooting steps I could find online, but nothing has resolved the issue.

 

Any help with troubleshooting or details on getting a replacement would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for sharing your concern here. To properly isolate this further, could you please let me know via PM if the issue persists with or without Razer Synapse running in the background, and also share the specific troubleshooting steps you have already performed?

Additionally, please provide your device’s serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
