Factory reseting this isnt the fix (at least for me).

THE PROBLEM:

Audio is only avilable from the “Chat” device

THE CAUSE:

The latest software/firmware update causes the “Game/Chat Balance” slider to get stuck on 100% ‘More Game” -  this seems to not actually be 100% game, but 100% chat in realiy.

THE FIX (Temporary each time you turn headset on):

Go into SYNAPSE > Blackshark > SOUND > scroll down the page under the equaliser and move the game / chat balance slider back to the middle position. Fixed. Do better Razer ….!

Hi, I’m having the exact same problem after updating my BlackShark V3 Pro to v1.4.0_r1. Chat audio still works fine but I get absolutely no sound through the Game output. I’ve tried restarting everything, reconnecting the dongle, different USB ports, restarting Synapse and testing the Game device directly in Windows, but nothing worked. Did you manage to find a fix for this or figure out what was causing it? I’d really appreciate it if you could share what you did.

I also encountered the same issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 on version 1.40. After using it for one day, the Game channel had no sound while everything else worked normally.

Your solution successfully fixed it. Thank you!
