Blackshark V3 Pro Game/Chat not working as intended

I’m having the same issue as in these threads:
 

 

If I have discord open and I’m in a call, it mutes the game channel. I cannot get it to work and unfortunately since the razer support people just lock the threads instead of answering the question I’m still stuck.

Game Channel is set as Default Audio Device, Chat channel is set as default communications device, and the game channel will work just fine until I jump into a discord call and it activates that other channel and it mutes the game channel. No audio at all.
