I keep trying to update the firmware on the blackshark v3 pro headset but it just doesn’t work. It keeps timing out during the reset. The dongle updated successfully first try.
Im trying to do this because the headset was bugging out, going all robotic or just straight up not sending audio anymore (required power off and on again) randomly. I was hoping a firmware update would help, but i can’t even do that. and now after updating the dongle and the headset not updating i cant get any audio using wireless. i can only get wired audio
