[Blackshark V3 Pro] Hyperspeed dongle not working anymore. How to get a replacement?

Hi,

My dongle is not working anymore. When the headset is plugged in it works just fine. When the dongle is plugged in nothing happens, I hear “paring” and the little light on the dongle doesn’t turn on.

How to get a replacement one?

    I understand that you want to request for a replacement dongle. Have you tested the headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory?
