Hello. So the Mic on the RazerBlackShark V3 pro sound is very quiet compared to my other headsets. In Windows Microphone test the highest it records when speaking normally is around 10% to around 6%. But in Synapse Mic Preview sounds normal so I know the Headset or Mic isn’t defective. I am hoping for a fix for this. There was a Firmware update today 4/28 but it did not help, maybe made it worse. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for alerting us about this. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about trying to reinstall its drivers? Let me know via PM along with your BlackShark V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
