Hello, I recently purchased the Blackshark v3 Pro PS5 version, but I'm having trouble getting it to function with my PS5. I've successfully updated the firmware on my PC, and it works correctly there, as well as via Bluetooth with my phone. However, simply cannot get it to operate on my PS5. Although the PS5 recognizes the headset and the dongle indicates a connection, no audio is being produced.
Both headset and dongle are on firmware 1.3.3
I tried the repairing utility, witch paired fine.
I reset the ps5 and rebuild the database
I tried different USB ports on the back of the PS5.
I also tried the microphone and it's also not working on PS5.
The PS5 sees the headset as a USB blackshark v3 pro and the dongle is solid green, witch shows connected
I was using the pulse explore earbuds before with a dongle, that worked fine
It's driving me nuts, I got the PS5 version so I don't run into issues.
Can anyone recommend anything?
Could it be that the USB dongle likely has a defective 2.4GHz radio chip that cannot handle the PS5's handshake?
