I purchased and registered my new Blackshark V3 Pro headset and have not received, nor can I activate 7.1 surround. When I use the support site it asks me to input the serial number but says it is not eligible. When I use the send new code button, it continually asks me first to log in, then again input the serial number, which then says not eligible. I separately purchased THX sound, which seems to be working fine, but the pop up for registering 7.1 sound continually appears unless I uninstall it. It says on the website that the headset includes 7.1 surround, is there an issue?
