Blackshark V3 pro playstation battery indicator

Hi i recently purchased the blackshark V3 pro’s for PlayStation 22/3/26 and i have no light indicator lighting up on the headset it wont show blue for pairing or green when its on i have updated the firmware on both the dongle and headset and also tried a factory reset and still no light on the headset although the headset seems to be working is this a software bug or is it faulty
