BlackShark V3 PRO Playstation edition dongle issue

Hi there, O have the headset blackshark v3 pro playstation edition, and I tried to connect them to my ps5, it doesn t work with the dongle, I can connect them with the cable, and it works, but the second i switch to wireless dongle, it connects to the ps5, but i have no sound, everything was checked correctly 100% no doubt about that, I tried firmware update, ps5 data reinstall, clear cache, everything, the dongle just doesn t work, does anybody has any ideea how to connect the heaset wireless to ts PS5?
