BlackShark V3 PRO Playstation edition dongle issue

Hi there, O have the headset blackshark v3 pro playstation edition, and I tried to connect them to my ps5, it doesn t work with the dongle, I can connect them with the cable, and it works, but the second i switch to wireless dongle, it connects to the ps5, but i have no sound, everything was checked correctly 100% no doubt about that, I tried firmware update, ps5 data reinstall, clear cache, everything, the dongle just doesn t work, does anybody has any ideea how to connect the heaset wireless to ts PS5?

I understand you’re having issue with your  Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation dongle connection. Have you tried connecting the dongle to a different USB port on your PS5. To isolate the issue, please check if the headset is set as the audio output in the PS5 settings. Yo can also try the steps in this article to fix the problem.
