I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset.
At random times, the audio becomes robotic/distorted for about 1 second and then returns to normal. Recently, this issue has started happening much more frequently.
My firmware is up to date. I have tested the headset with Ultra Low Latency mode both enabled and disabled, but the problem still persists.
When I first purchased the headset, there were no issues at all. The problem appeared only recently.
I have just tested the headset using a wired connection, and the issue does not seem to occur in wired mode so far. This makes me suspect the problem may be related to the wireless connection or dongle.
Could you please advise on possible troubleshooting steps or let me know if this might indicate a hardware issue?
