Just bought the headset the other day.
Worked fine the first day, then suddenly started to lose connection, incredibly bad sound, like a wrong connection is going on, poorly distorted audio, loud bang sound. seems the headset is broken somehow. 100% not usable, major interferences with the audio of some sort.
firmware updated to the latest version. restarted, turned off and on.
Wired it works fine, but i bought this for 1 reason, the wireless functionality.
the dungle is well placed near the keaboard facing me. tried to change USB entry slot.
tried to de-activate the windows audio enhancement.
Spatial audio off
THX off
any idea?
