Blackshark v3 Pro sound issues / distortion

Just bought the headset the other day.

Worked fine the first day, then suddenly started to lose connection, incredibly bad sound, like a wrong connection is going on, poorly distorted audio, loud bang sound. seems the headset is broken somehow. 100% not usable, major interferences with the audio of some sort.

firmware updated to the latest version. restarted, turned off and on.

Wired it works fine, but i bought this for 1 reason, the wireless functionality.

the dungle is well placed near the keaboard facing me. tried to change USB entry slot.

tried to de-activate the windows audio enhancement.

Spatial audio off

THX off

any idea?

Hi Paddy24TI,

I understand that you are experiencing connection loss, heavy distortion, and "loud bang" sounds with your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. We can do some steps to properly isolate what’s really causing the issue as you’ve mentioned that the headset works perfectly in wired mode, the audio drivers are intact, but the wireless 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed transmission is failing. To walk you through the process, step-by-step, PM me your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
