I just got the V3 Pro's and so far, one of my only issues with it has been the volume increments using the volume knob on the headset when on PS5. The increments are around 15% each notch on the knob, making it very frustrating to find the right volume without it being too loud or too quiet. I also use them on PC, and it works fine there with the increments being 4% each knob notch. Will this be addressed or updated?
I'm aware that you can adjust the volume more precisely within the PS5 popup menu, but that seems like a last resort. Most other headsets give you 20-30 volume increments between 0 and 100, but the Blackshark V3 Pro only gives 7.
I also have the "PC version" of the headset, so maybe this isn’t an issue with the “playstation” version?
