I feel like I’m going crazy here. Bought a BlackShark v3 today I’m trying to adjust the settings in Synapse. What I’ve found is that an enhancement is ONLY applied if it is actively selected in the UI.
For example: If I select Mic Noise Cancellation and set it to 40, I can no longer hear keystrokes in Mic Preview, Sound Recorder, Discord Preview, etc. However if I swap the Enhancement Tab to something else, like Vocal Clarity, the noise cancellation is no longer getting applied and I can hear every keystroke.
I tested different USB ports, windows settings, device settings, etc. Nothing fixes this issue. I’m completely at a loss for what I should do.
Any suggestions?
