BlackShark v3: Sound & Mic Enhancements Only Applied While Actively Selected

feel like I’m going crazy here. Bought a BlackShark v3 today I’m trying to adjust the settings in Synapse. What I’ve found is that an enhancement is ONLY applied if it is actively selected in the UI.

For example: If I select Mic Noise Cancellation and set it to 40, I can no longer hear keystrokes in Mic Preview, Sound Recorder, Discord Preview, etc. However if I swap the Enhancement Tab to something else, like Vocal Clarity, the noise cancellation is no longer getting applied and I can hear every keystroke.

I tested different USB ports, windows settings, device settings, etc. Nothing fixes this issue. I’m completely at a loss for what I should do.

Any suggestions?

I am having the same exact issue as this person. 

Would be great if someone could address it publicly instead of locking the thread and having to repeat ad infinitum

      Same here with Razer BlackShark v3 pro. Please address this, it looks to be a major bug.

      I found a fix that worked for me on PC… switching to voice clarity in the mic settings.  Device default was causing issues, I adjusted to Voice clarity and automatic for voice focus with my windows sound settings and it sounds good.  I might just turn off the mic enhancements in Synapse until the issue is sorted.

      Just kidding.  It’s still messed up.  incredibly frustrating.  My mic volume is only coming through at 10% even when mic input is cranked up all the way.  I was playing a game earlier and no one could hear me. I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse three times, followed every troubleshooting method via the youtube video and still no luck.
