Good evening,

I’m looking to buy a hyperspeed dongle & cable for my standard black shark v3 wireless headset as mine have broke after only having it for 1 month, is this something I can purchase?

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you describe the issue you’re currently experiencing with the dongle? Is it still detected in the Device Manager? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
