BlackShark V3 THX/Game Profile bug after firmware update

BlackShark V3 firmware version: 1.3.0.0
Synapse version: 4.0. [removed by moderator]

After the latest firmware update, the Game Profile section in Synapse is not working correctly.

When I select either THX Immersive Mode or THX Competitive Mode as the game profile and then launch the game, THX breaks. The selected THX mode does not seem to activate properly in-game.

After closing the game, THX remains broken. Synapse also gets stuck when I try to switch back from THX to Stereo. At that point, the headset still appears in Synapse, but THX no longer works correctly.

This seems specifically related to automatic game profile switching. THX can work after a clean reset/reinstall, but launching a game with a THX game profile causes it to break again.

Hello, I have the same problem after the latest update. My Blackshark V3 also doesn't switch to THX mode when I launch the game and doesn't respond to any changes in the application. I also noticed that if I completely close the Synapse application through the task manager or tray. Then launch the game and connect the headphones, and after that launch the application, then everything works until you switch back to the game.But as soon as you return to the game, the profiles don’t work and the headphones stop responding to Synapse.

Yeah, that describes my issue almost perfectly. I’ve already tried reinstalling Synapse, using the Razer Driver Removal Tool, reinstalling all drivers, and even factory resetting my PC, but the issue still persists.

Please let me know if you find a solution. I’ll update here too if I manage to fix it.
