my headset stopped working unnaounced in the middle of a work day.took me 2 hours to figure out there was a notice about a firmware update but no obvious way to get it from your app? when i finally found it and got installed its working again but wont shut off after inactivity. i tried toggling off/on in the settings and even chaning the duration but it will sit all night and drain for no reason.
razer doesnt care about its customers i guess. ill remember this next time i buy a headset.
