My BlackShark V3X wont open anymore. Once connected to the laptop works perfectly but the bluetooh wont work. Already downloaded the latest drivers but noting changed.

Upon double-checking, there’s no available firmware updater for the Razer BlackShark V3 X as of this moment. You can check the complete list here. Feel free to reach out via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can try.
