Blackshark V3 x hyperspeed and arc raiders

I’m havin the same issue, and the problem is just with the proximity chat in Arc Raiders. I’ve updated the firmware to the latest one but it doesn’t seem to work. If anyone have a fix for this would be great!

Maybe this could be of some contribution of fixing the problem but I find that when I switch it from "xbox" to "usb" when you do the mic test it'll play it back through the speakers meaning the mic still goes through (my speakers) somehow without being detected by the xbox

Best thing you can do is just return it.  Razer doesn’t care, according to the support call I just got.  They say it’s on arc raiders side.   I have 2 black sharks,  wired and wireless.   Neither work.  You’re gonna have to do what the rest of us are doing and switch brands and never look back because they don’t care.  Been buying razer for close 20 years, and I’m just shocked at the lack of support on their new hyper technology (that doesn’t work on the number 1 game in the world).  The will only fix it it once it’s PR problem or hits them in the pocketbook
