Hi, I recently bought the Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed headset and when I get it into pairing bluetooth mode (flashing blue light on the headset) It doesn’t show up in devices to pair with on my phone, my laptop and my parents phones.
Is this a known problem? I logged into razer on my laptop and plugged in the headset via usb-c to usb and it worked well, I haven’t tried the dongle yet. I thought I could update the headphones via razer app but couldn’t find anywhere to do that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to use these via bluetooth. thanks
