I can't find my dongle for my Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed for the PC, not sure if I missed it or if it was missing from the box. How can I get a replacement?

    There should have been one included in the box. Where did you purchase the headset? Please send me a PM with the serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can verify the warranty status. You can upload the document to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with me.
