Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed Headset won't charge and seems to be stuck in a boot loop

I’ve had this headset for around 5 days now it was never able to charge it no matter what. I’ve tried wall outlets, my PC, different cords, and the cord it came with. Anytime it was plugged in it would be a solid red light. Today it died, and now I’m stuck. Plugging it into my PC will cause it to automatically power on, turn off, then try again forever. I am unable to update the firmware or factory reset it because it only appears on Razer Synapse when connected through dongle.
