Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed Xbox Mic Issue

I recently bought the the Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed for Xbox, in particular series X.

 

I bought it specifically to use with Arc Raiders.  I can hear game sound just fine, I can hear other players but they cant seem to hear me at all.  Icons appear when I am speaking but still no body can hear me.  This is the case for party chat as well as proximity chat.

This seems to be an known issue among players, has there been any solution presented?  I love the headset and rather not return it.

Iv tried:

-Other heads sets seem to work just fine.

-Updated firmware to the headset

-Restarted all hardware and software involved

-Disconnected and re-paired the headset to xbox.

-Saw an obscure suggestion to reset the MAC address to the xbox, didn't work.

    Best thing you can do is just return it.  Razer doesn’t care, according to the support call I just got.  They say it’s on arc raiders side.   I have 2 black sharks,  wired and wireless.   Neither work.  You’re gonna have to do what the rest of us are doing and switch brands and never look back because they don’t care.  Been buying razer for close 20 years, and I’m just shocked at the lack of support on their new hyper technology (that doesn’t work on the number 1 game in the world).  The will only fix it it once it’s PR problem or hits them in the pocketbook.

      Switch you dongel to usb and turn both dials all the way up. Switch back to xbox and should work. Not sure which dial fixed it but I just did both. Hopefully this helps.
