It wont charge up using the charger. When I plug it into my PC via USB cable, after about 10 minutes it turns on for about 15 seconds then turns off again.
I tried different chargers, different cables, etc. Holding the button for 5-7 seconds then 30 seconds.
Anything else I can try before I take it back? I got it for Xmas 6 months ago.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you charge your headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
