I bought this headset a bit more and a month ago, I use it play fortnite, i make sure the dongle is well connected and set to “xbox” mode. However my friends keep telling me my microphone is cutting from time to time. However I use the same headset for work (dongle set to “usb”) and no complains in my meetings. I find it a bit ironic and sad because i bought them for gaming mostly.
If I install the xbox app and activate the mic monitoring it gets slightly better or the issue disappears. But then it comes back again. So what do I do? maybe my device or the dongle is faulty? it’s an xbox series x that i bought 8 months ago.
