Hello, i have a Blackwiddow chroma v2 (with expired warranty) that have a full row from M3 to Enter and the left arrow that are not working, also cant perform a reset since Caps lock are also on that row, i have tried to uninstall-reinstall synapse (3) also tried uninstalling the driver from the windows device panel, also tested on different PCs and different OSs (10 & 7), is there any way to fix this issue? thanks.

Have there been any changes to your system before this started? Let us try to reset your keyboard's profile on your main account. Go to Synapse > Cogwheel > Reset > Select your keyboard and click the reset button. Please know that this step will erase for existing keyboard profile. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and check for an alternative solution.
