hi guys, so i have had this keyboard for a while now. no issues working fine. but i have just noticed that when i press the button to mute my pc volume it doesnt work. volume up and work work. the play button, forward and back buttons work fine. everything works fine apart from when i press the mute/unmute.
i have checked on the razer synapse and its key bound to be mute volume. but when ever i press it the volume shows up in the top left corner.. but doesnt mute.
drivers are up to date.
any ideas please?
